Shipping Policy


Big Creek Suds processes and ships orders within 1–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) or another carrier selected at the discretion of Big Creek Suds. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier and marked as shipped, Big Creek Suds is no longer responsible for shipping delays, delivery delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or carrier-related issues, as these are outside of our control. Delivery timeframes provided by the carrier are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Big Creek Suds is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, the customer is responsible for contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim or locate the package. Big Creek Suds is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed delivered by the carrier. Big Creek Suds is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, incorrect addresses, or circumstances beyond our control. Shipping fees are non-refundable. By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Shipping Policy and understands that responsibility for the package transfers to the shipping carrier once the order has been shipped.
